Can I have a refund or exchange?

We can only offer refunds or exchanges if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. If your event has been cancelled or isn’t going ahead on the date originally planned, you will be contacted via Eventbrite.

If we make any changes to your event's status, we'll email you to let you know.

Resale tickets are purchased from an individual seller and not directly from Eventbrite, so we can’t offer refunds on these. For the same reason, we're also not able to exchange Resale tickets for different ones.
